OH squat:
3 set 12 rep 40 kg.

Push med fokus på fart:
5 set 3 rep 40 kg.

Split jerk:
4 set 1 rep 40 kg.
3 set 1 rep 50 kg.
3 set 1 rep 60 kg.
3 set 1 rep 70 kg.
3 set 1 rep 80 kg.
2 set 1 rep 85 kg.

Push press:
2 rep 40 kg.
2 rep 50 kg.
2 rep 60 kg.
2 rep 70 kg.
2 rep 75 kg.
Stoppede her, var efterhånden brændt rimeligt af i skulderene.

Sluttede af med lidt mavetræning.

Pull-ups

5 runder:
8 rep hang power cleans 60 kg.
6 rep shoulder to overhead 60 kg.
4 rep thrusters 60 kg.
100 single unders.

2 rep 110 kg.
2 set 2 rep 115 kg.

Statisk FR 30 sek arbejde 1 min pause:
2 set 90 kg.
2 set 100 kg.

Torsdag 22. juni 2017, klokken 6:

10 EMOTM 2 Hand snatch
5 set 50 kg.
5 set 60 kg.
Fint og udføre snatch under let stress (kort tid mellem rep).

20 EMOTM
5 HSPU, 5 Pull-ups, 5 burpees :cry:
Efter 10 set gik jeg over til ring rows istedet for Pull-ups. Brændte åbenbart sammen.
