3 set 12 rep 20 kg.

Snatch
4 set 40 kg.
4 set 50 kg.
4 set 55 kg.
4 set 60 kg.
4 set 65 kg.

15 EMOTM 1 hang snatch + 1 OH-squat med pause i bunden
Alle set blev kørt med 53 kg.

Torsdag 27. juli 2017, Butchers lab

Vægtløftning med Tim Kring. Der blev trænet teknik med fokus på hang cleans og split jerk.

Nedenfor video af løft på 85 kg. og 90 kg.

Hang snatch:

15 EMOTM 1 hang snatch + 1 OH-squat med pause i bunden
Alle 15 set med 55 kg.
