Sluttede af med lidt mave.

2 set 80 kg.
2 set 85 kg.
2 set 90 kg. Fint overskud

6 runder kørt hvert 2 minut:
2 hang power cleans + 2 push press 75 kg.

Sluttede af med lidt mave.

30 KB swings 24 kg.
30 step ups med KB
Hvis man satte sin KB ned = 7 burpees. Hvilket blev gjort 4 gange.

Træningstime med Tim Kring, hvor der blev kørt snatch balance og high hang bolt snatch.

Kørte op til 80 kg. på snatch balance.

Kørte op til 70 kg. på high hang bolt snatch.

Var lidt træt så gik ikke højere.
