1 Snatch
1 set 70 kg.
1 set 75 kg. Selvom der var en masse tekniske fejl var der fint overskud

10 EMOTM Klokov snatch complex
Alle 10 set på 42 kg.

5 set 80 kg.

Split jerk fra rack:
2 set 40 kg.
2 set 50 kg.
2 set 60 kg.
2 set 70 kg.
2 set 80 kg.
2 set 85 kg.

6 EMOTM 6 split jerk med fokus på fart
Alle set kør med 70 kg.
